MSC’s comprehensive solutions cover the broad array of simulation tools from FEA to CFD. SC/Tetra, MSC’s CFD solution now includes SmartBlades. SmartBlades is an analysis tool specifically for axial fan designers that enables the engineer to easily create CAD geometry of an axial-fan and predict its performance. Typically this type of solution would require a user experienced in CAD, and CFD however, using SmartBlades the user needs no previous experience with CAE software. This innovative product makes axial fan development faster, easier, and much less expensive for the manufacture.
